The RevX X-FLOW is an inline filtration and sanitation cabinet for cold plunges and ice baths. It plumbs into the water loop and runs all day, so the water is moving, filtered and treated between sessions instead of sitting still.
Three parts do the work inside one weather-resistant metal cabinet: a 200W pump with a heat sink, an 18W UV-C lamp, and a 20-micron pleated filter. It arrives pre-assembled with 1" barb fittings, so it connects to standard cold plunge plumbing.
- Keeps the water moving. The 200W pump turns over roughly 720 gallons an hour, so the water circulates instead of standing.
- Heat sink on the pump. A pump adds heat to the water it moves. The heat sink cuts that down, so the chiller has less to undo.
- UV-C treatment, not more chemicals. An 18W UV-C lamp treats the water as it passes through the cabinet, so you need less chemical dosing.
- 20-micron filter. A 10-inch pleated cartridge catches hair, skin and fine sediment. A hair and debris catcher sits ahead of it.
- Pre-assembled. It comes built and ready. The 1" barb fittings connect to standard cold plunge plumbing.
- Indoor or outdoor. Weather-resistant metal cabinet with IPX4-rated components.
- Light on power. 110V, 3 amps maximum, on two plugs: one for the pump, one for the UV lamp.
