This Red Light Pro Devices blanket is a soft full-body mat, 71" long and 27.5" wide. It holds 13,536 LEDs: 4,512 red at 660nm and 9,024 near infrared at 850nm, mounted three to a diode. You roll it out, lie on it, set a level and a time, and lie still.
Two controllers run the blanket, one for each half, so you can set the top and the bottom differently. Sessions are short. Most owners run 10 to 15 minutes.
When you are finished it rolls up and goes in the travel bag that comes with it.
