Yes - that is the point of the design. The panel delivers a full 6,000-joule dose in five minutes because it uses 1,980 micro-LEDs instead of a few hundred brighter bulbs. There is no harm in going longer; the benefit simply tapers off after five to ten minutes on the face. For larger body areas, 20 to 30 minutes is fine.
One to three inches. The optical design keeps the energy uniform across that entire range, so you are not hunting for a sweet spot. Further away still works, just with less energy delivered per minute.
The panel alone at $2,295 is the full-strength device and covers 270 square inches. Add the VISO face mask if you want hands-free facial sessions, or a Lumara pad if you want to wrap a knee, shoulder or lower back. The pads and mask add coverage - they do not make the panel stronger.
It is clinic-grade bright. Silicone goggles are included and we recommend wearing them.
