Cold plunges are usually either a stock tank with a chiller bolted on, or a piece of furniture that costs as much as a car. The Modtub 2.0 is built in the USA from rotomoulded LLDPE, the same material used for kayaks and livestock tanks, and it is shaped for a human being rather than for a factory mould.
The tub is deeper than most, so the water covers your shoulders while you sit. The quarter-horsepower chiller holds the water between 37 and 39°F without ice. Setup takes about 10 minutes. There is no plumbing and no tools.
